RIP dvd player
My dvd player officially kicked the bucket today. I got a good 4 years out of it though, which isnt bad considering i bought it for like thirty bucks. My boyfriend tried to fix it, but it was just to late. Many movies were shared between us and it will be sadly missed. So, on a happier note does anyone have any suggestions on my next dvd player purchase?

You had better luck with your dvd player than I have. I have gone through 3 in the past two years. I dont understand it, my parents have an ancient one that they bought when they first came out, and it is still kicking strong. The last one i bought has lasted me about a year now, and it was a cheap one from walmart. I would say by one of the cheapest DVD players you can find, that way if it does break its not such a big deal. The two good brand names that I spent a good bit of money on were the ones that broke, and it more expensive to get them fixed then to just buy a new one.
